At Christianitygifts.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. All products are made uniquely per order. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choices, or change of mind. However, we fully cover damaged or defective items.

Please review the following policy carefully before requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Reprints

We only accept refund requests under these conditions:

✅ Approved Reasons:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, stitching errors, damaged products).

  • Wrong item received (e.g., different product than ordered).

  • Lost or severely delayed shipments (case-by-case review).

❌ Non-Eligible Reasons:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

  • Customer change of mind.

  • Minor print placement variations (DTG prints may shift up to 0.5 inches).

2. How to Request a Refund or Reprint

  1. Contact Us First

    • Email Hello@christianitygifts.com within 30 days of delivery.

    • Include:

      • Order number.

      • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue (for defects, include all affected items in one frame).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Failed Deliveries due to incorrect addresses (partial refunds may apply).

  • DTG print placement within 0.5″ tolerance.

  • International customs/duties (responsibility of the customer).
